Even though the middles section has reduced in size - it has created another problem. There is unusable space (it cannot be used for hotel rooms) the space between the core and the center portion. Remember that for hotel rooms a long floor plate works best as they need to all have windows. The upper floors will need to become narrower and longer to accommodate hotel rooms. Also the center space still needs to be designed as this is still a large space - what happens there - still too big for just couches/lounges. The 6th floor is going to have your best views and should be a space that we can occupy and mechanical.
