Here is a layout of my program in my massing, which has some notes of what needs to be change and the spaces that need to be relocated. Note that is not to scale.
The next step is to put things to scale, and see if they work. Also please show adjacent blocks, especially on your ground floor plan. Approach and context are very critical.
I very much agree with Lia. Sketching in scale with the aid of some guidelines (it doesn't have to be 100% accurate) will help you tremendously. Also do not hesitate to explore the possibility of deviating from the outline / shell suggested in your earlier mass model. If anything, working on your floor plans should ideally help you refine further your forms.
These sketches are very helpful and explain the interacting between your massing, program and circulation system very well. Looking forward to seeing all this to scale, and seeing how this building can be developed even further in section.
